Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, the time is reserved for your pet(s). Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that all clients PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE. This will provide the opportunity to reschedule another client. Cancellations and Reschedules that occur less than 24 hours notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. Clients that fail to show or cancel the appointment on the same day will be charged a No-Show fee which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled services. All clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their pets appointment may be asked to reschedule their appointment and charged a fee of 50% . Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please do not wait in the driveway (except for nail trims), there's a parking lot at the Penfield Town Hall right across the road. Cancellation and No-Show fees are to be paid at the time of the missed appointment or prior to booking your pets next appointment. I have read and understand the above Cancellation and No-Show Policy and agree to abide by the above conditions. I agree to pay any and all Cancellation Fees I may incur.
